Jen

Office Administrator / Financial Coordinator

Jen brings a wide array of talents to our team in her role as financial coordinator and office administrator. Jen manages the schedule, patient relations and contracts, and serves as office accountant. She is the logistics expert at Dr. George Orthodontics, who assures that we provide outstanding service to you.      

 Jen says the best part of her job is working with the patients and watching their confidence grow through their beautiful smiles! 

She loves working with the doctors because they are dedicated to researching the latest developments in technology and advancements in the field of orthodontics. Their fun loving and friendly personalities are also a plus! 

When not at the office, Jen can be found spending quality time with her family, showering her dogs with TLC, or cruising on Lake Michigan aboard their boat, Pipsissewa. 

Dawn

Patient Flow Coordinator

Dawn is the patient flow coordinator, and she works side-by-side with both doctors in the treatment area. She is a highly skilled orthodontic professional who provides our patients with the very best care possible. Dawn is a perfectionist in every sense of the word.

 She takes pride in working with Dr. Dan and Dr. Cadie, because of their love for orthodontics, high level of competence, and the care and compassion they show for everyone.  Dawn loves one-on-one patient interaction, as well as the mechanics of orthodontics.

When Dawn is not enjoying the company of her husband and three sons, she honors her artistic side by renovating her home, decorating and creating jewelry.

Sally

Treatment Coordinator

 Sally is our treatment coordinator and a registered dental hygienist. With the expertise of a skilled professional, she conducts the initial patient exams, assists with patient care, and supports the team with her behind-the-scenes office work.

Her gift of hospitality is visible everywhere, from elegant floral bouquets and the soft glow of candles, to gourmet coffees and sweet treats. She is the first one there with a home cooked meal, be it for friend, coworker, or complete stranger - and that is the compassion she brings to her work.

Sally genuinely enjoys meeting new patients and she takes pride in making sure they understand every aspect of their treatment. She is proud to work with excellent doctors who treat their patients with care.

After work, she goes home to her husband, two sons, and a Siamese cat.

Chris

Front Desk / Lab Technician

 Chris is a born problem solver, and wherever she is, she is on a mission! In addition to taking diagnostic records, you might see Chris at the front reception center, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, or handling a plethora of other tasks.

Chris observes that Dr. Dan and Dr. Cadie really enjoy working with their patients, and it shows! The doctors are great at what they do, and their patients love the personal attention they get here.

At home, Chris and her husband have three boys who keep them busy and laughing! Frequenting garage and estate sales, relaxing at her cabin, preparing great food, and spending quality time with friends are a few of her favorite things.

Patti

Reception Team

As new patient coordinator, Patti is the team member you will interact with before visiting us for the first time. Competent and caring, Patti will ensure that your experience with us is a positive one.

 Patti especially enjoys interacting with the doctors as she manages their personnel schedules, and she is ready to support the staff in every way possible. She also loves to meet and greet the wonderful patients and families who frequent our office.

 Patti cherishes spending time with her three children, is an avid reader, and she is absolutely passionate about Michigan football!

Angie

Orthodontic Assistant

Angie radiates warmth as she assists our doctors in the treatment area. She works with a gentle touch and her patients are reassured by her sensitive nature. Angie is bi-lingual, and also ensures that our Spanish speaking patients are comfortable.

Angie loves meeting new people, being a vital part of the orthodontic process, and seeing the amazing results at the end of treatment.  Angie thinks Dr. Dan and Dr. Cadie are wonderful at what they do, and she appreciates learning something new from them every day. 

Angie loves cooking and spending quality time with her family. She also enjoys fitness activities, and gets plenty of exercise with two active daughters, and a baby boy!

Erica

Orthodontic Assistant

As an orthodontic assistant, Erica works with our doctors in the treatment area. She consistently provides great care and wonderful customer service to our patients. Erica is also our purchasing specialist, in charge of purchasing and managing the inventory.

Erica is proud to work with an exceptional dental team and doctors who are passionate about what they do. She loves helping create beautiful, healthy smiles, and seeing patients’ joyous faces at the end of treatment!

Outside the office, Erica enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, Beach  Zumba, and other fitness activities. She challenges herself with projects such as putting a new roof on her convertible. The attempt was successful!

Stephanie

Orthodontic Assistant

As an orthodontic assistant, Stephanie focuses on building relationships with patients. Meeting and greeting patients is a source of joy for Stephanie, and she loves to hear their stories. Helping patients look and feel their best gives Stephanie a strong sense of purpose and a great feeling of accomplishment.

Stephanie believes Dr. Dan and Dr. Cadie have good hearts and they take pride in giving back to the community. She loves observing the physical and emotional transformation in their patients as the doctors take them through the orthodontic process.

Stephanie cherishes family time, and she loves snowboarding and playing soccer. She plays the piano and is passionate about having music in her life.

Brenda

Lab Technician

 In her role as lab technician, Brenda takes diagnostic records and makes retainers. Brenda exemplifies the quintessential “people person” who enjoys interactions with all of her patients, and she is capable of putting everyone at ease. The laughter emanating from the records room is testament to that fact. Brenda loves being creative with designing retainers, which is another favorite part of her job.

Dr. Dan created Brenda’s beautiful smile after she began working for Dr. George Orthodontics, and she loves it! She takes pride in working for Dr. Dan and Dr. Cadie by doing exemplary work and helping provide a great experience for each patient.

Brenda is grateful for and loves spending time with her husband, seven grown and married children, and ten beloved grandkids! Her favorite place to be is at their cabin where she relaxes aboard their pontoon boat. Brenda is also a skilled seamstress and she loves doing crafts.

 Vickie

 Reception Team

Vickie will be at the Reception Center, ready to welcome you to our office with a warm smile. Vickie schedules appointments, handles insurance and billing, and ensures that your needs are met with competence and efficiency. She honors the legitamacy of every question and concern, and will do everything possible to make sure the intricacies of insurance and billing are understood. 

She admires the level of competency exhibited by Dr. Dan and Dr. Cadie, and she enjoys interacting with the doctors, staff, patients, and their families.

Outside of work, Vickie enjoys time at home with her family and friends. She also derives great pleasure from reading, decorating, shopping, and doing crafts.
